Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Property maintenance and inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and exterior.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedule for all rooms and equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes including fire life safety and environmental regulations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise engineering staff.
• Manage department budget, expenses, inventory, and contractor contracts.
• Respond to guest complaints or maintenance issues promptly.
