MGM Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead General Engineer to oversee maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You will guide fellow engineers, prioritize work orders, and ensure guest areas and operations stay safe and functional.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance engineering experience, is 21+, and can manage multi-trade troubleshooting and repairs. The role includes serving as Manager on Duty and coordinating cross-property activities.
Competenze
- Experience in maintenance engineering across multiple trades.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of building systems.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate trades and laborers.
Mansioni
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders for Engineers and Laborers in multi-trade maintenance.
- Oversee completion of work orders by technicians and engineers, prioritizing urgent repairs.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned, overseeing daily Engineering activities.
- Collaborate with departments to minimize guest disruptions and coordinate maintenance.
- Manage receipt of materials and maintain inventory for timely operations.
