North Central Group’s Tru by Hilton Glendale is hiring a Hotel Chief Engineer to lead maintenance, repairs, and project work across the property. You’ll oversee preventive maintenance and ensure safety, quality, and reliability of all building systems.

We’re seeking 3+ years in hotel or building maintenance, strong problem‑solving ability, and proven project leadership. Supervisory experience and pool maintenance experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in hotel/building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Supervisory experience and contractor oversight.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and building components.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment, guest rooms, and property infrastructure.
• Lead in-house projects by gathering proposals, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control and budget adherence.
• Secure and supervise outside contractors for complex equipment and building repairs, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain property exterior, landscaping, parking areas, and pool/spa where applicable.
