Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel or building maintenance, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven supervision experience. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, project coordination, and exterior upkeep where required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in hotel/building maintenance or similar environment.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating repairs.
• Proven ability to plan preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment, guest rooms, and infrastructure.
• Lead in-house projects: gather proposals, coordinate schedules, and manage budgets.
• Secure and supervise external contractors for complex repairs.
• Maintain property grounds and oversee pool/spa where applicable.
