Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a skilled Engineering/Maintenance Leader to oversee the safe, efficient operation of hotel facilities. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems while driving preventative maintenance and capital projects.

You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high guest satisfaction and financial performance of the department. Strong leadership and technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of elevator operations, maintenance, and inspections.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology, including television, internet, phone system, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all engineering and maintenance efforts.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
• Oversee hotel renovation, capital construction, and major maintenance projects.
• Establish vendor relationships and monitor quality, delivery, and warranties.
