Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel engineering or facilities teams.
• Strong technical knowledge across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to manage maintenance programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering staff with a safety-first culture.
• Oversee daily engineering operations, preventive maintenance, and priorities.
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans to protect hotel assets.
• Manage life-safety systems, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and troubleshoot issues.
