Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Hotel Engineer to maintain the property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. This hands-on role focuses on safety, reliability, and guest comfort while solving maintenance challenges.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, plus prompt response to maintenance requests and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and standards.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel equipment and spaces.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests professionally.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Assist with emergency after-hours maintenance.
