Job summary

You will supervise, train, and develop a skilled team, manage budgets, and participate in capital projects and safety initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, continuous inspection, and effective communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in a related field with supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning for a department.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of engineering and manage the engineering department.
• Walk the talk by inspecting areas you are responsible for and training staff when standards are not met.
• Be a leader by building an engaging environment and developing a high-performing team.
• Be an expense guru by setting standards, monitoring performance, and participating in budgeting and capital decisions.
• Be the manager on duty when required.
