Your role: customer experience conductor

Under the supervision of the Catering Manager, you'll be an essential pillar of operations, ensuring the smooth running of restaurant, bar and banquet services. Your leadership and proactivity will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction... and on your team's morale!

  • Daily supervision of the restaurant, bar and events;
  • Act as a link between customers and the various departments to ensure smooth, seamless service;
  • Welcome, integrate and train new team members;
  • Scheduling catering staff fairly and efficiently;
  • Manage cash desks and group bookings;
  • Maintain and develop quality standards;
  • Actively participate in service, when necessary;
  • Propose innovative ideas to improve the customer experience and contribute to the hotel's growth.

You're a positive leader, you can keep your cool even when the going gets rough, and you like to unite a team around a common goal. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year management or supervisory experience (ideally in the hotel/restaurant sector);
  • Bilingual French-English, to serve our diverse customer base;
  • At ease with IT tools (Master D, Office suite);
  • Organized, autonomous and with an excellent sense of customer service.
