Job summary

CSM Corporation seeks an experienced sales professional to drive revenue for catering, group rooms, and events. You will pursue new business and nurture existing clients while maximizing space utilization and food & beverage minimums.

The role emphasizes account strategy, market awareness, and close collaboration with hotel operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Delphi experience is desired per job education section.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain existing clients/corporate accounts.
• Meet catering revenue, group rooms revenue and meeting room rental goals through proactive sales activities.
• Detail events and pursue up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Develop and deliver account strategies relating to overall hotel performance.
• Communicate client needs to operational departments and ensure service standards.
