Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college and 5 years’ director-level experience in a casino resort.
• Experience across hotel operations or related departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial planning skills.
• Willingness to work odd hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and projects under the GM.
• Lead department heads, coach teams, and drive guest satisfaction.
• Review P&L and advise on changes with Finance Director.
