Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas seeks an Area Engineering Project Manager to lead Capital Improvement projects for Renaissance Las Vegas. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, time, and budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and finance.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver quality results while maintaining Highgate standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive supervisory/management or project management experience in hospitality settings.
• Ability to read and comprehend project specifications and consultant reports.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope and deliverables with senior management.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Manage project development from start to finish.
• Lead cross-functional teams to timely project milestones.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
