Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; culinary certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a cook or cafeteria cook in hotel/restaurant.
• Shift flexibility required based on business needs.
• Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and meals in employee cafeteria for associate meals.
• Coordinate daily menus with Chef.
• Prepare meals with entrees, a vegetable, a starch, and salad bar.
• Manage portion control and prevent spoilage and waste.
• Complete setup and break down of cafeteria.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards daily.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards and safety procedures.
• Work cohesively with coworkers and other departments.
• Attend to opening/closing duties and station readiness.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
