Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and Health Department guidelines.
• Serve meals to children and staff, handle the cash register, and manage accounts.
• Clean kitchen and serving areas, wash dishes, and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock items, print daily reports, and balance receipts.
• Prepare daily deposits and save transactions and reports.
• Turn on equipment, check temperatures, and ensure food safety throughout service.

Education
