Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a full-time Line Cook to produce high-volume, quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll work across prep, production, grilling, and pastry sections, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and sanitation. Housing may be available and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience preferred.
• Must speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• proficiently manage all areas of the kitchen line (Prep/Production, Butchering, Garde Manger/Pantry, Fry, Sauté, Grill/Broiler, Pastry/Desserts).
• Follow SOPs and recipe standards to ensure consistent quality and timing.
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene and safe food handling practices; ensure proper storage and FIFO rotation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, par levels and rotation.
