Job summary

Encore Hospitality at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrisonburg seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver morning breakfast service with warmth, menu guidance, order taking, and prompt food and beverage delivery.

You will maintain spotless service areas, upsell specials, collaborate with kitchen and bartenders, handle payments, and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Prior server experience is a plus, but enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Prior server experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Upsell specials and recommend pairings.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Support team with running food and bussing duties.
