Qualifications

• High School Diploma or at least one year of experience in food and beverage serving.
• Hotel-related or customer service experience is desirable.
• Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner to guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence.
• Ability to service multiple tables and guests efficiently.
• Know all menu item ingredients and cooking techniques; present items correctly.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets.
