Virginia Hotel is seeking a Breakfast Server to warmly greet guests and service food and beverages in a fast-paced hotel dining setting. You will take orders, upsell house specialties, clear tables, and ensure accurate checkout while maintaining pristine dining areas and equipment.

The role requires good communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work in varying indoor temperatures. Prior server experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Two years experience as food server in full-service restaurant required.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic computational ability and computer skills.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware.
• Ability to describe menu items, prices and preparation methods.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests using upselling techniques.
• Clear tables and manage guest checks and payments.
• Run food to tables as directed by kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and adapt to varying hotel schedules.
