Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor (Hospitality and Hotels) to join EcoSure. You will conduct on-site brand protection visits, coach clients to maintain brand standards, and deliver actionable improvement plans for hotels, food service, and related sectors.

The role emphasizes guest experience, food safety, and overall brand protection. Responsibilities include presenting findings to leadership, collaborating with EcoSure teams, and meeting weekly visit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of hotel hospitality industry experience (housekeeping, general management or front desk supervision).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; travel to the US for training/meetings; no immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings and no sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at hotel and food service client locations using consulting, coaching and training to protect brand and guest experience.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during operational visits across various sectors.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and other Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize a tablet, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM technology to plan and perform essential duties.
• Support growth initiatives for the company and clients.
