Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. – EcoSure, the brand protection division – is seeking a field-based professional to conduct brand protection visits at client sites in hospitality settings.

You will consult, coach, and train client staff to meet program requirements and protect brand and guest experience. Headquartered to serve hotels, restaurants, accommodations, and healthcare facilities, this role requires up to 25% travel and resides within commuting distance of Punta Gorda, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years hospitality industry experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect brand and guest experience.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvements, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an excellent client experience.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan efficiently and perform duties.
• Support growth initiatives of the company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during field visits at hotels, restaurants, etc.
