Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety, inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bistro operations, including breakfast, dinner, bar service, and kitchen functions.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, service standards, and cleanliness meet Marriott standards.
• Maintain readiness and ensure all outlets open on time and operate efficiently.
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods and staffing needs.
• Coordinate and oversee food and beverage execution for meetings, banquets, and group functions.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
