Lafrance Hospitality seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. You will partner with the General Manager to run hotel operations and the Bistro, delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining Marriott standards.

This role requires strong leadership, brand awareness, and a hands-on approach to daily hotel management, staffing, and guest relations, with a focus on growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience with guest service standards and brand guidelines.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations and guest service delivery, ensuring brand standards and profitability.
• Lead and assist in daily hotel Bistro operations.
• Coach and train team members, manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvement with the GM.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee housekeeping/laundry duties and related tasks.
