• Direct the restaurant management team's efforts through clear communication.
• Plan and direct administration and planning to meet daily operation needs.
• Describe and delegate responsibilities for all F&B departments.
• Develop and monitor schedules to achieve positive results across outlets.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs to meet budget targets.
• Assist managers in achieving profit goals and high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, forecasts and purchasing specifications.
