Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross is seeking a Complimentary Attendant to provide high-quality food and beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will learn brand standards, assist in beverage preparation, and support all beverage and dining areas in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass TIPs.
• Must obtain Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.
• Ability to learn hotel products, guest services and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling.
• Ensure clean, organized uniform and grooming.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Serve guests with all beverage and food requirements in a warm, professional manner.
• Greet and seat guests promptly at tables.
• Check menus for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Restock and maintain bar, service and dining areas.
• Handle opening/closing duties and cashiering as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about hotel, local area and services.
