• Perform opening and closing side work according to standards for efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Safety, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.
• Ensure proper stocking and timely replenishment of food and beverage items in guest areas.
• Ensure work areas and front-of-house are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices to meet brand standards.
