Job summary

Hcareers is seeking an outstanding Bench Manager to provide guidance and leadership to the supervision and operation of our hotels and teams. You will work under Regional and General Managers to foster a customer-focused, team-centered environment aimed at delivering profitable results and exceptional guest services.

The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, a drive for personal achievement, and a track record of achieving budgets, cost controls, and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience at department head level or above.
• Experience with Select-Service or Full-Service hotels preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience with P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and staff under guidance of regional/general managers.
• Implement brand service strategy to meet guest expectations and profitability.
• Develop and mentor property leadership and staff across departments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rooms division activities (front desk, housekeeping, etc.).
• Coordinate meetings and ensure policy compliance and reporting.
