Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Bell Person to assist guests with baggage and provide exceptional service. You will greet guests in English, deliver and retrieve luggage, and help with room changes while maintaining key security.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have prior bell experience preferred, and be able to lift up to 80 pounds. A union referral and a clean grooming standard are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year's previous experience as a Bell Person preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy baggage up to 80 pounds.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service.
• Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Obtain a Union referral.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who need assistance with their baggage.
• Accurately delivers bags to and from guest rooms; picks up luggage and transports to front drive area or storage.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to policies.
• Informs guests of hotel facilities and services; assists with room changes and key security.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Completes room slip information and submits to Bell Captain.
• Storage and retrieval of luggage as assigned by Bell Captain.
