Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a pleasant smile using prescribed terminology and assists with luggage after registration.
• Transports guest luggage to the assigned room and retrieves it upon departure.
• Informs guests about the hotel's facilities and services and supports room changes.
• Maintains room key security and reports any issues to Bell Captain.
