Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
• Requisitions and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and related supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes and perishables daily to ensure quality.
• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders.
• Mixes and serves drinks following recipes and portion controls.
• Complies with alcohol-service regulations.
• Processes orders at the POS and balances cash transactions.
• Locks and stores beverage and equipment, and deposits cash as required.
• Adheres to attendance rules and works a flexible schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
