HEI Hotels at Hyatt Regency Greenwich is seeking a Barback/Server Assistant to support bartenders and servers in providing a positive guest experience. You will assist with stocking, garnishes, ice, and table clearing in a fast-paced bar area.

The role requires good communication with guests, basic math for portion control, manual dexterity, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. On-site position with competitive benefits at a premier Greenwich hotel.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and service mindset.
• Basic math skills for accurate orders and portions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from storeroom and check accuracy.
• Assist bartender with garnishes, juices and stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, and cold storage.
• Help servers clear and reset tables and refill beverages.
• Scoop ice, transport to service areas and replenish ice.
