Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending in a high-volume or luxury hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails and responsible alcohol service.
• Commitment to RH policies and professional standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of hire.
• Meets minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work shifts per local regulations.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, first-class experience reflecting RH standards.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision.
• Recommend and pair beverages with RH menu items.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and rotate inventory as needed.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Complete opening/closing duties and ensure security of the bar.
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging guests with RH hospitality.
• Support guest-focused service and anticipate team needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage beverage inventory and minimize waste.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and RH policies.
