Hyatt Regency Greenwich is seeking a Barback/Server Assistant to support bartenders and servers in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will retrieve orders, stock supplies, assist with garnishes, and maintain bar cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and physical dexterity to handle items, lift heavy kegs, and work flexible AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hotel hospitality experience or similar preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for portioning and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify against requisition.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies; assist bartender as needed.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables and refilling drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health standards in bar areas.
