Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year bartending experience required.
• Two or more years of bartender experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain food prep and hotel bar areas in a clean, organized manner while serving guests.
• Answer questions with knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
• Provide friendly, professional service to promote Drury culture with guests and team members.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
