Mills James, Inc. seeks an experienced Hotel AV Manager to oversee on-site audiovisual operations at a premier hotel property in Miami. You will manage event execution, AV equipment, and client relationships while leading a team of AV professionals to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires hospitality-focused leadership, hands-on live event support, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in live events, hospitality, or AV services.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, customer service, or operations management.
• Hands-on experience supporting AV systems for live events or meetings.
• Working knowledge of professional AV equipment, signal flow, and event production workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AV-related software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AV setup, operation, and strike for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain AV equipment, testing, and inventory in line with standards.
• Coordinate labor and equipment with internal staff and approved external resources.
• Serve as onsite AV point of contact for hotel clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and coach AV technicians, scheduling to meet event demands.
