Job summary

The role reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager and requires strong problem solving, team leadership and practical knowledge of event technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hospitality or operations experience valued.
• 3–5 years in customer service or events is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced event settings.
• Ability to follow training and safety requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests efficiencies for management and venues.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated.
• Lead and participate in venue meetings as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain guest relationships on site.
• Assist in training technicians on site operations and standards.
• Oversee intermediate audiovisual setup, operation and breakdown.
