Buffalo Lodging Associates, a hotel management company based in Canton, MA, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager. Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in GM absence; guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, F&B, HR.
• Manage front office operations and supervise front desk and F&B staff.
• Resolve guest concerns; maintain high Guest Service scores.
• Foster positive work environment; supervise interviewing, hiring, training, appraising, coaching.
• Handle reporting, inventories, accounting processes and more.
