Job summary

The Moxy Madison Downtown, operated by North Central Group (NCG Hospitality), is seeking a Hotel Assistant General Manager to lead the front desk and guest services. You will drive guest loyalty, manage a team, oversee operations, and contribute to revenue strategies while upholding safety and service standards.

Required are three years of hotel experience and at least two years in a hospitality leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations with a focus on guest service and efficiency.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage performance of the Front Desk team.
• Maintain regular contact with guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maximize revenue and occupancy through room sales and upselling.
• Support accounting, reporting, and financial reconciliation processes.
