Concord is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Raleigh Seaboard hotel. You will support operations, guest and employee satisfaction, HR tasks, and financial performance to deliver ROI. Lead a team, implement property-wide strategies, and ensure brand standards and service initiatives are met across all departments.

You will cover front desk shifts as needed, manage staffing and onboarding, and coach managers to drive guest satisfaction scores and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations or hospitality teams.
• Strong guest service orientation with coaching ability.
• HR basics including staffing and training.

Responsibilities
