Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a hands-on Dual Hotel Assistant General Manager to co-lead two limited-service properties with a Dual General Manager. You will be visible in daily operations, coach teams, resolve guest concerns, and help drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and local sales opportunities.

You will monitor budgets and guest feedback, support food and beverage where applicable, and develop people toward a General Manager path. Competitive base salary and bonus potential offered.

• Hotel leadership experience, ideally in a GM/operations role.
• Hands-on guest service and team leadership.
• Familiarity with PMS systems and brand standards.

Dual Hotel Assistant General Manager

Are you ready to help lead two hotels and take the next step toward a General Manager role? We're seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to partner with a Dual General Manager in overseeing two limited-service properties.

You'll be visible in daily operations, support department leaders, resolve guest concerns, and help both teams deliver consistent service. You'll also contribute to sales efforts, labor management, and financial performance. This is a strong opportunity for a hotel leader who enjoys developing people and wants broader operational responsibility.

• Comfort working with hotel performance metrics, PMS systems, and brand standards
• Food and beverage exposure is a plus
