Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with laws and procedures, and coordinating special events.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, a background in F&B management, and the ability to lead a diverse team across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management or similar role.
• Knowledge of wine/beverage in upscale settings preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate and TABC required.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends.

Hyatt Regency San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, be a team player, and a dynamic leader
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule consisting of shifts ranging from starting at 6AM and ending at 2AM. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as well.
