Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations. The AGM will lead hourly staff, ensure safety procedures, coach teams, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include onboarding and training, scheduling, addressing guest issues promptly, and collaborating with the GM/MUGM to meet budget goals. Strong English, leadership, and PMS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Solid fluency in English for guest, vendor, and team communications.
• Experience operating a property management system and related shift reports.
• Strong leadership to supervise hourly staff and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads hourly staff scheduling, training, and daily supervision.
• Promotes guest satisfaction and safety standards on property.
• Onboards and trains new associates; ensures ESU trainings completed timely.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety/security procedures.
• Addresses guest issues promptly and escalates to GM/MUGM as needed.
• Supports budgeting, labor monitoring, and PAR level maintenance to optimize GOP.
