Job summary

Brandt-Hospitality-Group- is seeking a Hotel Accountant in Fargo, ND, to manage day-to-day accounting across a portfolio of hotel properties. You will ensure timely financial reporting and act as the primary contact for property-level accounting questions, collaborating with hotel operations to resolve discrepancies.

You will report to the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years of hospitality accounting experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiarity with PMS and USALI is a plus.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily hotel accounting operations and data uploads from PMS.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data ties to source reports.
• Ties out daily revenues and statistics across properties.
• Support month-end close and posting of entries and accruals.
• Serve as primary accounting resource for property teams.
