Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and report unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate hotel contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, guest-facing areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Assist with security-related reports, shift documentation, and communication of observed hazards, policy concerns, and unusual activity.
