Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to community amenities by verifying authorization and maintaining access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned buildings, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Operate access control systems, gates, and communication equipment per site procedures.
