Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Boca Raton, FL. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide professional customer service to residents and visitors at a premier residential club community.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining logs. Minimum 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma are required; a guard card/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, members, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential, recreational, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Document daily activities and incidents and communicate information during shift handoffs.
