Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Boca Raton, FL. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide professional customer service to residents and visitors at a premier residential club community.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining logs. Minimum 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma are required; a guard card/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help maintain a welcoming, security-related environment at a premier residential club community. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork, you will help deter unauthorized activity while demonstrating the integrity, reliability, and caring culture that set Allied Universal apart.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, members, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with property procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential, recreational, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual observations accurately and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
