Pratt & Whitney is seeking a cell leader for the Hot Section Module Center - North (HSMC-N) to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements on 2nd shift. You will supervise, coach and manage projects, reporting to the Business Unit Leader and coordinating with support groups.
The role is onsite with typical hours 2:30 PM - 12:AM, Monday–Friday, with potential first-shift training for up to 3 months. Strong leadership and Lean/CORE experience are valued.

Hot Section Module Center - North (HSMC-N) is seeking a highly motivated cell leader who has a true desire to lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support our fabrication and assembly business unit. You will lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost reduction. In conjunction to daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication and execution with support group members is critical to the department’s success. This role reports to the Business Unit Leader and will be supporting 2nd shift operations. Typical working hours are 2:30 PM - 12:AM, Monday – Friday. Training is available and may be required on our 1st shift for up to 3 months.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
