What You Will Do:

• Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to:
• Tiered accountability
• Visual management system(s)
• Leader Standard Work
• Demonstrate clear focus on accountability to daily results, rapid identification of root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions
• Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture, through application of tools
• Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements
• Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow.
• Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship.
• Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly.
• Control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness.
• This is a 2nd shift position in the Hole Drill business unit (weekday evenings). There is a shift premium associated with the compensation for this shift.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
