Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located in Asheville, NC, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for onsite 2nd shift to lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with support groups to meet delivery plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in manufacturing or a Master’s with 2+ years, plus 2+ years of leadership. U.S. citizenship is required for government contracts. Expect to apply SPS, visual management, and leader standard work to achieve results.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
