Method Co. is seeking a friendly host to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and sustain an organized entry. You will coordinate seating, assist guests with menus, and liaise with the service team to ensure smooth flow and a memorable first impression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a host, guest services, or front-of-house role (upsell or high-volume environment preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, guest-focused demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy, OpenTable) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain an organized host stand and uphold the visual standards of the entry area.

Working Conditions/Environment:

• The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
